- We currently ship only within Malaysia.
- All orders are shipped using J&T Express.
1. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after they are processed.
- Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

3, Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or message.
You can track your parcel on the J&T Express tracking page.
5. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
6. Refund & Exchange
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong size (subject to stock availability)
